Trim Your Hair
Yes, you read it right. Hair that is not regularly trimmed at least once every 2 months, tends to split at the ends, therefore breaking and getting shorter. Just have your hair stylist take half an inch off the end to get rid of the older hair and take off any split ends you may have.
Load up on Vitamins
Vitamins A, C and E will make your hair stronger and help it grow faster. Women with vitamin deficiencies have a hard time growing their hair. It is not an old wives tale: vitamins do make your hair longer. Vitamins A and E improve your scalp’s health, promoting the production of more hair. Vitamin C makes your hair thicker and stronger, once again keeping it from breaking up and falling out, and helping you achieve your goal of getting longer hair.
